Riesling Classic

Ingredients

• 1 pieceFlammkuchen dough (ready-to-use)
• 150 gCrème fraîche
• 150 gGoat cheese log
• 4 piecesFresh figs
• 30 gWalnut kernels
• 1 tbspHoney
• 2 sprigsFresh thyme
• 0,3 tspSalt
• 0,3 tspBlack pepper

Preparation

1. 1Preheat the oven to 220°C (top/bottom heat) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. 2Unroll the ready-made Flammkuchen dough and lay it flat onto the prepared baking sheet.
3. 3Stir the crème fraîche with a pinch of salt and pepper until smooth, then spread it evenly over the dough, leaving a small border.
4. 4Wash the fresh figs, remove the stems, and slice the fruit thinly.
5. 5Cut the goat cheese into slices or crumble it roughly and distribute it over the crème fraîche along with the figs.
6. 6Roughly crush the walnut kernels between your fingers and sprinkle them over the toppings.
7. 7Bake the Flammkuchen in the hot oven for about 12 to 15 minutes until the edge is crispy and lightly browned.
8. 8After baking, drizzle with liquid honey, sprinkle with thyme leaves, and serve immediately.
