Riesling Kabinett trocken

Ingredients

• 1 loafBaguette
• 300 gMixed wild mushrooms (e.g., chanterelles, porcini)
• 2 piecesGarlic cloves
• 4 sprigsFresh thyme
• 3 tbspOlive oil
• 20 gButter
• 1 pinchSea salt
• 1 pinchBlack pepper

Preparation

1. 1Slice the baguette into approximately 1 cm thick slices and toast in a dry pan until golden brown.
2. 2Gently clean the wild mushrooms with a brush and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
3. 3Peel and finely dice the garlic, then pluck the thyme leaves from the stems.
4. 4Heat the olive oil and butter in a large pan and sear the mushrooms over high heat.
5. 5Stir in the garlic and thyme, then continue cooking over medium heat for about 3 minutes.
6. 6Season the mushroom mixture generously with salt and pepper.
7. 7Distribute the warm mushroom mixture evenly over the toasted bread slices and serve immediately.
