A little something to nibble on – that is the goal of Julia Molitor-Justen and Dr. Daniel Molitor when harvesting hand-picked, perfectly healthy, ripe grapes for this special noble sweet wine. After about six weeks of storage in small crates under dry, airy, and warm conditions, the concentrated, aromatic must flows from the press like honey. The result after slow fermentation: an essence of sweetness, acidity, and fruit. Wine made from dried grapes.

The fruity stone fruit notes and the caramelized sweetness of the tart harmonize perfectly with the concentrated honey aromatics and the supporting acidity.

I find the food recommendations with recipes particularly exciting about the new shop.
