Julia Molitor-Justen and Dr. Daniel Molitor do things completely differently when vinifying the Stairs n’ Roses 'Ohrenschwein' from the Roter Müller-Thurgau grape variety: skin fermentation in open vats, natural malolactic fermentation and 18-month aging in small barrique barrels – a maturation typical for red wine, but with white wine grapes. The result, the spicy Stairs n’ Roses Orange Wine 'Ohrenschwein', is also 'somewhat different'.

How much are the shipping costs?
We ship our wines securely packaged via parcel service. Within Germany, we charge a flat shipping fee of 6.90 € per order. For orders of 100 € or more (or from 12 bottles), we provide free delivery within Germany.
Are all wines certified organic?
Treating nature in the Taubertal with respect is very important to us. We manage our vineyard sites close to nature and avoid herbicides. We are currently in the official conversion process, which is why not all older vintages carry the organic seal yet, though we already work strictly according to organic guidelines.
Which payment methods do you offer?
To make your purchase as convenient as possible, we offer various secure payment options. You can pay flexibly via PayPal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Sofortüberweisung, or traditionally by purchase on invoice (Klarna).
Do you also ship abroad (EU)?
Yes, we are happy to ship the taste of Tauberfranken beyond German borders! For deliveries to other EU countries (e.g. Austria, France, Netherlands), we charge a flat shipping fee of 15.90 €. Please note that the delivery time for these is approximately 3–7 working days.
