Julia Molitor-Justen and Dr. Daniel Molitor do everything quite differently when vinifying the Stairs n’ Roses "Ohrenschwein" from the Roter Müller-Thurgau grape variety: mash fermentation in an open vat, natural malolactic fermentation, and 18 months of maturation in small barrique barrels – vinification typical of red wine, but using white wine grapes. The result is also "somehow different": the spicy Stairs n’ Roses Orange Wine "Ohrenschwein".

The earthy seasoning and aroma of rosemary harmonize excellently with the bold roasted notes and the fine, slightly bitter structure of this roasted delicacy.

I find the food recommendations with recipes particularly exciting about the new shop.
