Julia Molitor-Justen and Dr. Daniel Molitor do everything completely differently when vinifying the Stairs n’ Roses "Ohrenschwein" from the Roter Müller-Thurgau grape variety: mash fermentation in an open vat, natural malolactic fermentation, and 18-month aging in small barrique barrels – a production method typical for red wine, but using white wine grapes. The result, the spicy Stairs n’ Roses Orange Wine "Ohrenschwein," is also "somehow different."

A hearty main course where tender pork belly slow-roasts in the oven until it melts in your mouth. The ethereal notes of fresh fennel and the savory depth of sage combine for an intense flavor experience with a perfectly crispy crust.

I find the food recommendations with recipes particularly exciting about the new shop.
