Sweet new addition to the Stairs n’ Roses family: The manual labor in the steep Stairs n’ Roses vineyard in the Lösnicher Försterlay bears sweet fruit. Julia Molitor-Justen and Dr. Daniel Molitor deliberately harvest their shared vineyard at the stage of perfect sweetness-acidity balance, thereby coaxing out the special minerality and fruit of the Mosel slate. Typical for the Mosel, the spontaneous fermentation is ended with a little more natural residual sweetness and an invigorating acidity – a sweet dream comes true!
