Wild as young love – that is how this zesty, fruity dry cuvée 'from wild vines' presents itself. The base of the Struwwelpitter consists exclusively of healthy, late-harvested, small, aromatic grapes from anti-authoritarianly raised Struwwel-vines of the classic varieties Riesling and Müller-Thurgau, as well as the new, sustainable Piwi varieties Cabernet blanc and Sauvignac. Thanks to its moderate alcohol content, the Stairs n’ Roses 'Struwwelpitter' allows for guilt-free wine enjoyment!

A refreshing summer snack featuring sweet, grill-charred peach wedges paired with creamy burrata on a bed of crisp arugula, finished with a delicate honey vinaigrette.

I find the food recommendations with recipes particularly exciting about the new shop.
