

Cold as Ice is a frosty monument of nature, born from a historic event: on November 22, 2025, we were able to harvest frozen, healthy grapes of the future grape variety Souvignier gris with the whole family in freezing temperatures of -7°C. The result: a few bottles of a highly aromatic, concentrated essence for eternity with an incomparable sweetness-acidity tension. The front label was designed by our son, Julius Molitor.
