Piwi-Edition. A little something to nibble on – that is the goal of Julia Molitor-Justen and Dr. Daniel Molitor when harvesting hand-picked, perfectly healthy, ripe grapes for this special noble sweet wine. After six weeks of storage under dry, airy, warm conditions in small crates, the concentrated, aromatic must flows from the press like honey. The result after leisurely fermentation: an essence of sweetness, acidity, and fruit. Wine made from dried grapes.

The delicate acidity of the apricots provides a lively taste experience and balances the intense sweetness of this classic pastry in an ideal way.

I find the food recommendations with recipes particularly exciting about the new shop.
