Riesling fruity

Ingredients

• 2 piecesCamembert (125g each)
• 40 gall-purpose flour
• 1 pieceegg (size M)
• 60 gbreadcrumbs
• 4 tbspwild lingonberries from a jar
• 100 mlvegetable oil for frying
• 1 sprigfresh parsley for garnish

Preparation

1. 1Remove the Camembert from the packaging and pat dry carefully.
2. 2Prepare three shallow plates for the breading station: one with flour, one with the beaten egg, and one with the breadcrumbs.
3. 3Coat the cheese in the flour first and gently tap off any excess.
4. 4Then, thoroughly dip the floured cheese into the beaten egg so that all surfaces are covered.
5. 5Finally, roll in the breadcrumbs, pressing the breading firmly onto the surface and the edges.
6. 6Heat sufficient vegetable oil in a pan until small bubbles form around the handle of a wooden spoon.
7. 7Fry the breaded Camembert over medium heat for approximately 3 minutes per side until golden brown and soft.
8. 8Carefully lift the cheese out of the pan, drain briefly on paper towels, and serve immediately with the lingonberries and parsley.
