Rosé

Ingredients

• 800 gWatermelon
• 200 gFeta cheese
• 1 bunchFresh mint
• 1 pieceLime
• 2 tbspOlive oil
• 0,5 pieceRed onion
• 1 pinchBlack pepper

Preparation

1. 1Peel the watermelon, remove any seeds, and cut the flesh into cubes approximately 2 cm in size.
2. 2Drain the feta cheese and cut it into small cubes or crumble it roughly over the watermelon with your fingers.
3. 3Wash the mint, shake it dry, pluck the leaves, and cut them into fine strips.
4. 4Peel the half red onion and slice it into paper-thin rings to ensure a subtle aroma.
5. 5Gently toss all the prepared ingredients together in a large bowl.
6. 6Finally, drizzle the salad with olive oil and lime juice, and season to taste with freshly ground pepper.
