Julia Molitor-Justen and Dr. Daniel Molitor consciously harvest their shared vineyard at the stage of perfect sweetness-acidity balance, thus teasing out the special minerality and fruit of the Mosel slate. Typically for the Mosel, the spontaneous fermentation is finished with a bit more natural residual sweetness and an invigorating acidity – a sweet dream comes true!
