Sweet newcomer in the Stairs n’ Roses family: The manual labor in the steep Stairs n’ Roses vineyard in the Lösnicher Försterlay bears sweet fruits. Julia Molitor-Justen and Dr. Daniel Molitor deliberately harvest their shared vineyard at the state of perfect sweetness-acidity balance, thus teasing out the special minerality and fruit of the Mosel slate. Typical of the Mosel, the spontaneous fermentation is stopped with a little more natural residual sweetness and an invigorating acidity – a sweet dream comes true!

The fruity stone fruit notes and the caramelized sweetness of the tart harmonize perfectly with the concentrated honey aromatics and the supporting acidity.

I find the food recommendations with recipes particularly exciting about the new shop.
