

Julia Molitor-Justen and Dr. Daniel Molitor do everything completely differently when vinifying the Stairs n’ Roses Orange Wine 'Ohrenschwein' from the Roter Müller-Thurgau and Müller-Thurgau grape varieties: skin-contact fermentation in open vats, natural malolactic fermentation, and maturation in barriques. In the 'Opa Wutz' edition, they go one step further: 42 months of maturation in 225 l small barrels until perfect harmony is achieved.
