Ohrenschwein - Aged 42 Months

Julia Molitor-Justen and Dr. Daniel Molitor simply do everything differently during the vinification of the Stairs n’ Roses Orange Wine “Ohrenschwein” from the Roter Müller-Thurgau and Müller-Thurgau grape varieties: mash fermentation in open vats, natural malolactic fermentation and maturation in barriques. In the “Opa Wutz” edition, the two take it a step further: 42 months of maturation in 225 l barrels until perfect harmony.
